Tools. I’ve written about simple tools before. I choose my tools very carefully. I tend to go with tools that are single-purpose and simple.

The knife in the picture above is a Strider GB. Strider makes super tough and simple knives that survive years of abuse. It’s one of my favorite brands.

This knife is a great example of a simple tool. The design is simple, durable and stripped of unnecessary features.
